    Today I had an excellent experience with an employee at the No Frills on Bayly Street in Ajax. there was an incredibly large line-up (because of all the great deals that are on right now I suppose) and there were only 2 check-outs. I think this young man was a senior person there (or should be!!) and he was doing a project in the back of the store. He saw the very long lines (about 15 people with carts loaded in each line-up) and arranged to stop his project and put himself at the cash register. He invited me to come into his line and I wanted to applaud him right there. A few of the customers behind me made comment of how excellent he was in doing this for us. His name is Josh and I hope someone out there commends him for his work today on behalf of the customers of No Frills. It is action like this that we all appreciate on a rainy, cold Tuesday afternoon when we just want to get home. Josh made all the difference to my day and I know had a positive effect on many customers today! Thank you Josh!
